      have not been paid correctly by my buisness for almost a month now, for my vacation and holiday pay, I've taken many actions at my disposal and still ha e bot gotten anywhere with the following insurance of my union and hr, I would like this to be resolved asap if you can help me with moving along in the inquires I need to go about this I would greatly appreciate it I have documentation of my days off and what I was paid for, they are saying I did not have enough vacation at the time but what I submitted and what they aphid me for are incorrect and they need to see that this is a problem

      I opened a brand new box of Chocolate ************ and when i poured it into a measuring bowl there was a meal worm on the top of the box. Im unsure how many there were in other cases but thats completely unacceptable

      Thank you for reported this consumer's comments. We have documented this for our reporting and trending purposes.

      We have contacted the consumer and apologized for his experience. We are sending a refund and product coupons to replace the product.
      It is extremely difficult to determine exactly when or where our product would be exposed to insects. We do take multiple steps at our production facility to protect our products. We have an integrated *************** System which consists of multiple disciplines working together in the detection,identification, elimination, and prevention of pests. Involved in this process are an independent pest control company, internal QA personnel, and all production employees. Doors and windows of our plants are adequately protected to prevent the entrance of insects from the outside. In addition, all products are packaged in air-conditioned facilities. We are sorry to hear of this consumer's experience and have documented it for future reference.
