    Jeff and his team were excellent. Very willing to explain the pros and cons of different material, colors and designs to us. He was responsive via text/email/phone and, most importantly, we love the final result. There were a few minor imperfections (screws not flush, for example) that his team came out and fixed. We even had a light scratch due to the weather, which was not his fault, and he came out and fixed that as well. I definitely recommend Jeff and Designer Spaces if you are looking to build a new deck!
