    So I bought a Rambo bushwacker. I only have 75 miles on it and the rear hub broke. Went to get fixed and come to find out that design hub got discontinued. Why? Because it was a bad design that failed alot. Now my bike has been in the shop for over a month and still no resolution. Still waiting on parts. Now I have a 4200 doller paper weight. And to top it off whenever the parts come I have to pay for them so now I'll have 5k into this bike. I leave in one week now and need the bike and it won't be fixed. They won't even take the parts off of a production bike, trade me for a new bike or give me a demo loaner bike. So I will be selling this when fixed. Looks like I have to buy a new bike befor i go on my trip.

    After spending $5000 for one of their bikes. After a verified, mere 30 miles of usage on pavement, not even off Roading Im having problems with the chain mechanism thats making a terrible sound and sensation-I have already had a situation where the chain came off the bike and I had to find away putting it back on. I registered my bike and politely contacted them for them to say that no one near me in my state near me that can service the bike- they offered no alternative solution were they would reimburse me for a local bike shop adjustment to repair nor did they offer to pay for the $250 round-trip ferry fare to *********** from my home.
