    The business did not provide the service to my full expectations. The owner admitted it was done poorly / barely done at all, and agreed to work and fix the issues. He agreed to work for free, however my personal money was being used for the ads that continued to fail, costing me more money lost. He was meant to be managing the ads, and I got charged a lot of money while he neglected the ads, and only gave excuses. He would disappear and stopped caring about the project. They delivered little to no results promised, lied, made excuses, and lacked communication. Im Ive talked to 10+ other people with the same experience. They do not provide the level of service they claim to, and do little to no work for their clients.Ive been trying to resolve the issue with them for months to no avail. I initially asked for a partial refund which was more than fair. They have not been willing to work with me, but know they have failed to provide the service they advertise and stand behind.
