Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the delay in getting your senior discount refunded. We experienced issues with our previous payment company, and unfortunately, they were not helpful in resolving this in a timely manner. A refund check was sent out over a week ago, and you should be receiving it soon. Due to this situation, we’ve since switched to a new payment service to prevent this from happening again. A tree branch came down last night and I texted Easy Tree Service this morning. I received a prompt reply from Sherry. Eugene arrived early afternoon to quickly cut up and remove the branch. Had 2 trees removed. One was close to the house and noticeably split down the middle with the winds we had been having. Came to check it out same day as our initial callout and had it down the next day. All in all job well done and definitely would recommend! Great experience.Easy Tree Service, LLC

We had to remove five Ash trees from our property due to EAB. Easy Tree provided exceptional and timely service at a very good price - and we are grateful for the additional Veterans / Military discount. I highly recommend them for any type of tree service.Easy Tree Service, LLC

The guys did a great job removing two trees for me and were very efficient. I would recommend them. A couple minor complaints would be some plants got trampled and hydraulic fluid leaked on the lawn and driveway. But still a five star experience thank you so much!Easy Tree Service, LLC
