    I went with Chapman homes to build my house. Worst mistake *** ever made. **** has no people working for him. He relies on subcontractors to do his work. He will go with the cheapest contractor he can get and charge you a premium price. Within 6 months my driveway was a spiderweb of cracks and dents. When I finally got it fixed after 2 years and arbitration we found it was only 1 1/2 inches thick. Should be 3 to 4. Windows are another story. Total garbage. The wind blows thru like they arent even there. There is so much more wrong with this house I could write a book on it. Long long story short, after 2 years trying to work with him ( no help at all ) went to arbitration, another 2 years, I won my case. After all is said and done, all the fees paid for lawyers and specialists I came out a whole ****** ahead and still had to fix my house. Go with **** Chapman if you want but I would advise against it.
