      The technician was friendly but also knowledgeable explaining what the condition of the furnace is in.

      The technician arrived at the stated time and was very courteous and professional. He listened to our concerns, completed all the work as requested and offered suggestions for some of our concerns. We asked to add a unit to our furnace to help clean the air. He explained how the unit worked, left to get the unit, installed it, explained how it worked and did all that within the original time frame stated in the company's proposal. I highly recommend Furnace Doctors. We plan to use them on a regular basis to keep our furnace and air conditioner working efficiently.

      Matt from furnace doctors was very professional. While he fixed my furnace, he answered other questions about my furnace filter as well as the humidifier attachment. He gave me easy up front quotes and cleared up issues that had been ongoing since the furnace installation. 10/10

      Mat from furnace Doctors gave excellent service. So helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had and issue and they came right out to make sure everything was running correctly. I have peace of mind when I have a company like this that takes care of us.
