    ****** charged us more than he quoted, his dog pooped in our house, and we had to follow up several times to keep the job moving along. I posted reviews, and he threatened my husband and I if we didn't take down the reviews. We kept the reviews up. Told us a couple of times he was in jail for a reason...we filed a complaint with the ****************************

    My wife and I hired Epic Granite to do our kitchen countertops. They seemed to be less cost and the reviews seemed ok. We had a very bad experience, let me explain:
    To start off Travis was late to each measure meeting he scheduled with very little to no communication. He then pushed the install dates multiple times with little to no notice. This was a complete pain since I had disconnected plumbing in anticipation of the install. When they finally showed up, they were late again. Install went ok, installers were nice and competent. Tracis was at the install for only moments to help carry slabs in. Travis brought his dog without asking and allowed him in our home. His dog peed on our rug shortly after coming into the house. We noticed after the install that many of the edges of the countertops were inconsistent. Some were rounded and some were very sharp and jagged. I texted Travis right away to see if it could be fixed, he said no problem. Problem is, we already paid him. Travis proceeded to schedule times and never show up. He would rarely respond to text attempts. After 10 months of trying to get Travis to come back I finally texted him that I was going to write a bad review for his company if he doesn't take the time to come back and complete the work. This is where things got scary!!! Travis responded that, "You put anything on the internet about me I will see you one day". He threatened me for asking him to do his job. My advice is to find a different company. This owner is trouble and I've reported him for his threat. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Don't make my mistake. I wouldn't be surprised if these other positive reviews are fake.
