5 starsWe were very happy with the service we received from Radon Removal, Inc. Our radon levels were 11.3 pre-installation of the radon mitigation system and <0.3 after. Yay! Randy was prompt at responding to my request for an estimate. I sent him photos of the home layout, answered his questions, and he was able to provide the estimate over the phone. He was very methodical about his analysis, and patient with all my many questions. Josh and Tony did the installation. They were able to trouble shoot some unique on site challenges and still maintain a great positive attitude. They sought out our opinions if needed variations in the plan presented themselves, educated us with the options - pros and cons, etc. It seemed like a big job to me - drilling large holes through concrete - fashioning a piping system through the existing structure, etc. They completed the project efficiently, effectively, and cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was a fair value for the quality of work we received.Review fromBryan L

5 starsSo glad that we selected Radon Removal, Inc. to install a radon mitigation system at our Chanhassen home. The process was seamless and straightforward from start to finish and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Company President Randy W responded promptly to my initial online inquiry and summarized the process. This was followed by Chris (estimator) sending us a reasonable price quote, additional information and verifiable references. The installation was then scheduled for the morning of February 29, 2024. Josh and Tony (installers) showed up on time, explained what they were doing every step of the way and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. We are extremely pleased with the final product and overall experience. Best of all, our high radon levels have plummeted to a nearly negligible reading.

He followed up on our questions and scheduled the installation in a timely manner that fit our schedules. 5 starsThe whole experience was top notch. From the first phone call I felt this was a company I want to work with and they didn’t disappoint. Chris, Josh and Tony did a great job and the project turned out better then I thought it was going to. Most importantly our radon levels went from high 6 to under 1. 5 starsWe recently had Radon Removal Inc out to our home to take care of a severe radon issue. From start to finish, the process was excellent. Randy answered my (many) questions and was very thorough in his explanations for why they do things the way they do them. Chris was very thorough and kind in the estimation process. Josh and Tony did a great job installing our system and were in and out in 1/2 day. The location of our system is non-intrusive, and unless you're looking for it, you don't really notice it's there. Additionally, the PRICE for the QUALITY of this company is very impressive. We did our homework and had many different opinions on our issues. I have no doubt we hired the best team for the job. They took us from a starting level of 18 to .8. The numbers speak for themselves! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing radon mitigation.Radon Removal, Inc.

Josh and Tony arrived on time, assessed what had to be done and then explained it very well. 5 starsWe built our home in 2005, I was unsure of the radon level in our home. I purchased an Air Things radon tester in the spring of 2023. Our levels measured from 2.0-11.3 depending on where the sensor was placed (basement level, first or second floor). I Googled Radon mitigation and called Randy Radon Removal in Long Lake. He was helpful and informed. Chris put together an estimate based on pictures of our blue prints I sent to him. Josh and Tony were scheduled came out completed the work in an afternoon. They were professional and pleasant. The cost was reasonable, and results were great!
Their test shown 1.2. radon reading well with in recommendations. Our Air things radon sensor shows consistently in the range of .4 -.6.
I am very pleased and would not hesitate in referring them to other people.Radon Removal, Inc.

5 starsA+++ Randy, Chris, Josh and Tony were all involved in helping us get remediation done after we tested for radon in our home and our numbers were high. Their team was exceptional. From start to finish. 5 starsRadon Removal is a great company to work with! We needed a radon mitigation system installed on a tight timeline and the Radon Removal team made it happen. Randy and Chris were very knowledgeable and helpful up front to identify what would be needed. Josh and Tony were "engineering magicians" to find the best way to install the system with the least impact to the property.
