      I was having a problem with a prescription refill and being charged a co-pay that I didn't think I should have to pay. Morgan assisted me and, after talking with representatives from the insurance company, pharmacy and my primary physician's office, got the answers we needed. Morgan's knowledge and experience is invaluable. I really appreciate her assistance and persistence in finding the answers, since I was about ready to give up. Thank you.

      Elsie was more than just helpful! She explained terms about "balanced billing", called the billing department at Allina and did a deep dive with me on some troubling questions I had regarding some unfamiliar terms and billing amounts.
      She explained what happens when an "in network" specialist makes a referral to an "out of network" specialist.
      Elsie did an excellent job!
      My comment to her was she is worth twice the salary for half the work.
      I was so impressed I requested this after call review.

      Hello,
      My wife Betsy and I went through a difficult transition when BCBS required 2 factor authentication in order to access our accounts online. Not to mention that a new requirement was to have two separate e-mail accounts. Several efforts to resolve the issue with BCBS customer service went unanswered. Finally, frustrated, I e-mailed Breitenfeldt asking for assistance. Help came in the form of Jessica R***.
      Ms. R*** spent over two weeks working on our problem. There were several phone calls and e-mails on her part to try to resolve the issue. BCBS had our email address wrong, and despite three-way calls with a BCBS rep on the line, the problem persisted. We were unable to access our accounts online. We were unable to pay our premiums and were worried we would be dropped by BCBS for non-payment.
      Finally, today we had another attempt with a BCBS rep. Ms. R*** was on the phone with me for over an hour. The rep from BCBS was still not able to help us, but Jessica R*** kept after it. She helped me to resurrect an old Gmail account for my wife, so we could utilize Two e-mail accounts. I am now able to access our accounts online and pay our premiums through the portal.
      Its customer service professionals like Jessica R*** that are the reason Breitenfeldt is such a great help for health care insurance needs.

      I am planning a European vacation with friends this fall. We decided it would be a good idea to research the cost of international medical insurance. I called Breitenfeldt. What a wonderful experience. I believe her name is Jasmine, was personable and professional. I called my fellow travelers to work with Breitenfeldt. They will not be sorry. Thank you.

      I was pleasantly surprised when my phone rang today. About 10 minutes earlier I had submitted the “update your information” survey. I had had trouble adding a new doctor so I submitted a question about this. Then I was called to discuss my question! What a remarkable turnaround! I told the gal who was calling from Breitenfeldt that I gave her a gold star and an A+ for service! We have been extremely happy with the service we have received from Breitenfeldt! Deb Stang

      We have used Breitenfeldt Group for some time both for the individual medical insurance market and for Medicare Advantage plans. They have always worked hard to find the best plan for our needs and never put pressure on us to choose a specific plan. It was always look at our needs and show us the options available. Then helped us to "dot the I's and cross the T's" to make sure everything was in order.
      We reached out to them and contacted Jessica. We had been confronted with an issue with our dental organization leaving our covering network, so we needed options. Jessica took the time to research and review options for us. Through communication back and forth, she answered our questions and put us on the correct path to make an informed decision. At a time when we were very upset about being blindsided by this issue, Jessia brought focus to the problem and helped us resolve it. She was through, caring and extremely helpful in getting resolution for us.

      I met with Morgan today at the Woodbury office. She was amazing!

      She was very knowledgeable about the plan that I have and will be renewing. She sent me home with a plan to submit paperwork to get some reimbursement for medical costs that I have been paying out-of-pocket.

      She is action-oriented and very helpful to her clients. I like her commitment to service.

      I am very happy with how Breitenfeldt Group has taken care of my healthcare needs.
