    I called the police in ****************** because my truck went off of the side of the road and into mud. The police called this towing truck to tow us out of the mud, then hung up the phone with me before telling me who they called or how much it would be. The towing company never called me to confirm any information. They came and towed us out then demanded $1250 immediately. I wasnt prepared for that type of bill. I asked for time to call my insurance to see if they can help, the tow truck driver told me that I have 5mins to do so. As soon as I started to call, he was already hooking up the truck. I offered half up front and the rest by 3pm the same day. The truck driver, who was extremely rude to me might I add, said no. He towed my truck away and told me that it would be an additional $300-$400 on top of the $1250 for towing and storage. I feel blindsided and scammed by this company. I hope this serves as a warning to someone so you dont let it happen to you.
