      myself and 5 other individuals living on grant(s) due to disabilities, some temporary some not, received rent increase notices saying the ****** current rent was going to be ****** a *****% increase. It states in our lease that this property is a LIHTC class. Hud capped rent increases on these type of properties at no more than 10% just this year. I cant get anyone to make them obey the law. Manager (****) was asked by myself Oct.29th to look into the mater. Nothing has ever been done and I received no response from her. Help!

      Hello,I currently live at Solace apartments in **************. We currently have a very serious situation going on, we have multiple tenants including apartments 101, 204, 206, 209, 215, smoking weed in their apartments. Our building is for recovery ******************** and this is putting all other tenants in ***** way. Apartment 101 has been wandering the halls all night begging for food from other tenants because she has been selling her food stamps to buy weed. Apartment 201 had a mental breakdown, relapsed on meth, destroyed her apartment with thousands of dollars worth of damages. She had been reported to staff several times and staff refused to do anything. A tenant finally contacted the chief of police and begged him to to do something and her door was broken down by police. In apartment 206 there is a tenant who stabbed a 15 year old over selling drugs and was seen again today selling drugs outside the front building of ****** and staff refuses to do anything. The tenant in 209 refuses to care for her children and her 10 year old daughter went into our community room, destroyed it, stole staffs food, cooked unattended and risked burning our entire building down. And we no longer have recovery meetings on site because of this. This same child has been destroying property all over the building and staff refuses to do anything about it despite several complaints and the police being called. Our washers and dryers also do not work properly and several complaints have been made with no resolution. Kasen
