    My apt wasn't cleaned at all. I had to spend 3 days scrubbing the place. There is a regional manager that is rude, depending who you are. I agree with intimidation behavior. I had a heart attack 2 weeks ago. The only person that could take care of me was my son who has a small support dog. I got a violation letter today because the dog was here. Not very nice.

    Do not give these people the chance to make your life miserable. They try to extort money, they are not good at managing properly in the least bit. The people that work here should never deal with people at all. ....they try to intimidate and manipulate residents, slander and defamation of residents. Abuse of the elderly and vulnerable adults. They not caring in least bit what the property looks like. They have screwed me over 3 times ...I e had to clean every apartment I've rented here. The carpet is so stained and old it's terrible. Had to get an industrial shampooer for my crappy carpet. I'm sure their homes don't look like this. They have bogus inspections , when they are not qualified licensed inspectors. Just to be nosey. I've never had to put up with kind of BS ever in my life of 64 years. I could go on, but people are too chicken to call them on these issues. Not me. I've called every agency that needed to know what the h*** is going on. I'm still living in one of their properties,only because that's what I can afford. They have entered my place illegally twice. I had to get camera's. The list of c*** goes on. They are extremely unprofessional and are inept at their jobs. I also believe there is misappropriation of federal funding . It's time to hold them accountable for this aweful job they are doing.

    Lived in an SMR property for around 6 years, had no serious issues with local or ******* management. Get to know your landlord and the upper management at SMR. They will listen to residents issues, sometimes you get the response you want, but as with ANY company, sometimes not. Overall, I had no problems with this company the 6 years I lived at their property in South-west *********.
