      Ordered new sliding glass door from company. They installed door and we paid the amount owed in full by check. However, the sliding half of the door, which has internal mini blinds installed was defective (blinds could not be lowered) when installed. The installer stated that it was under warranty and that he would order new part. On June 14, 2023, I was notified the part had been delivered. However, it has never been installed. It is well over one year since the door was originally installed and ten months since the replacement arrived. The company will no longer answer my calls or emails and do not return messages.

      We are very sorry for the delay. No excuse for missing this!

      Boelter sent our window ******* out to do the fix on the door sash on May 10th. The ******* advised it went well and **** - the customer seemed satisfied with the work and did not mention anything else. The operation manager called **** on May 10th to verify the work the window ******* did was to his satisfaction. The operation manager noticed that **** had not responded so did a second call on June 11th. No response as of June 12th from ****. We are happy to go back and do anything that we may have missed if **** calls.
