      It has come to my attention that a customer of ours, ***************************, has taken issue with our pricing structure. From what I read in *****'s message, and my understanding of our own internal policies, it appears that the following took place:

      1. We measured the amount of waste ***** brought to the site.

      2. We quoted him a price to dispose of said waste.

      3. ***** agreed, paid, entered the site and disposed of the waste he intended to get rid of.

      4. ***** decided after the fact that he didn't like the price, and submitted this complaint.

      Without attempting to sound dismissive, I'd say that we live in a capitalist society where we are free to set our prices, and customers are free to chose who to pay for goods and services. We, the Maple Grove Yardwaste Site, set a price for our services that was agreed upon in advance by a customer. That customer paid for and received said services, and left. Filing a complaint after the fact seems like an attempt to bully us into some kind of refund out of regret.

      I stand behind my employees' ability to measure inbound loads. Any issues taken with pricing based on measurements should be made prior to paying the quoted price, not after. I decline any billing adjustments.
