      Building trades credit union has shady business practices. I started a job at Nordstrom and they keep flagging me at my new job. Recently they locked my card on Christmas eve, for 2 purchases, both under $40..They restricted and locked my card, for 3 days, with no email or text message. They refuse to admit the truth. I spoke to a supervisor named DAKOTA. Who argued with me and questioned me on a recurring payment for my website. She told me to go ahead and contact the better business bureau. They continue to deny my recurring website payment, even though I have the money. ****** kept asking me about my purchase that was suspicious, which is my website of 10 years. At work, I can't buy lunch with out the fear of being FLAGGED! The supervisor ******, also said it's not their fault and I need to call their 3rd party system to fix the problem myself! At the same time saying there is no problem. I'm exhausted and exasperated. Please help! I want my card to stop being flagged for my own purchases, including my long time recurring purchases. Once flagged, I cannot use my card for days, with no explanation or contact from ***. This has happened 4 tines now. When, I call they always tell me everything is fine. It takes days for them to tell me that my card is restricted. The *** 3rd party system is an AI SYSTEM. It also activated my new card while in TRANSIT! I've had problems with this card ever since. No one is offering to fix it for me! Why?! Is this legal?
