      I needed a wall repaired after a feature wall was removed from our new house. The gentleman was on time to give me the quote. I agreed on the price. He showed up on the first day to begin the project and was going to return to finish it after it dried. Then he rescheduled three times to come to finish it. All he did when he returned was wipe it down with a sponge, leaving my wood floor a spotted mess (see pics). He seemed to be in a rush to leave. Upon further inspection there are several areas that are not smooth. He told me as he left to just sponge it down if there was a spot that was not smooth. It was his too wet sponge that left all the lines in the wall to begin with. I spent an hour sanding it down myself. Did I not hire him to make sure the job was completed correctly? I cannot recommend this person to do any drywall repair. On the first time here I asked about a quote on another job to repair steps this same gentleman quoted me $2800! I sure hope no one ever pays that much to build stairs. Since then, I've gotten two more quotes for half the price. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

      Ken was a very nice guy who was in over his head with our project. He constructed a railing in our home and the craftmanship was very poor. He used deck spindles instead of indoor railings, the spindles and newel posts were crooked, and many of the cuts weren't done to make things even. To top it off he was late most days which extended the project far longer than it should have. We asked him not to return to finish the project as we were unhappy with the look of it.
      Ken was very pleasant to work with while on site which is why the second star is there. I'm sure he is a great handyman, just not for a railing.

      we installed the products chosen by the home owner in conversation and in person.
