    Recovery Industry (*****************) towed my vehicle and caused damage to the bumper due to negligence when loading the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I noticed the damage, which, after an estimate, is over $4k worth of damages. ***************** took note of the damage when I went to pick up the car and agreed that they would take care of the damage as it was a new bumper. He also mentioned he was a partial owner and stated that this is not how they operate their business. He has since ignored my calls and has failed to take responsibility for the damage that his company has caused. I have tried reaching out to get this resolved and asked for insurance info with no response. I believe he has blocked my number as well. Called their main office and they claim he "is not there" and won't connect me with anyone else. I will be taking legal action after trying to resolve this peacefully.
