      Be forewarned. This location is the most unprofessional I have ever witnessed. They did not honor their customer delight guarantee. The fruit delivered to my mom for Mothers Day had spoiled pieces. I tired to contact them immediately, but they did not respond to numerous phone calls, attempting to remedy the issue. It was a full week later before anyone returned my call, and I wish I could say they were rude, but they were so much worse than rude. I dont even know how to explain what I encountered. They were uncaring, callous, belligerent, they lied, they refused to listen or even be logical. I am disappointed with myself for engaging at all with this person. He behaved so awful, and I was appalled and upset that my elderly mom was subjected to this person. I eventually matched his raised voice, which I should not have. I cannot believe this experience with the *********** location. Stunning. Truly unbelievable conduct. Be forewarned.
