      I own a duplex that had extremely old A/C units and furnaces, and Ive had multiple amazing experiences with this company. I first used him for my furnace repair, and was always pleased with the timeliness of his response, and his professionalism. I then called him in when I wasnt pleased with the ability of the units to cool my upper unit (very high ceilings, and windows everywhere). I wanted to completely blitz the the house with cool air, and install every piece of equipment capable of doing so, but he talked me off the ledge, and we settled on just replacing the broken A/C and ancient furnace. He could have upsold me easily, but instead saved me thousands if dollars! The installation was smooth, and extremely quick! I wont use any other company!

      UPDATE AT BOTTOM:I would have stuck with *****, but he was so rude on the phone. We have not used our A/C and the previous owners had him come out to perform a tune up. It caused some sort of rattling with the A/C unit. I called him back and he was completely rude on the phone. I could careless to be charged, but the fact he talked down to me and was completely rude. I am just one person.. there is no way i would impact his business, but go locally somewhere else. So many better options out there.UPDATE: He did not clean or tune-up the **** system. So, the Coil was completely covered with sheet rock (just bought the house and had him come out and clean it) ... we knew we wouldn't use the A/C for a little bit but wanted to make sure it was all clean before we did so this would not happen. Well, it happened... 470$ plus service charge to come out. ***** would not fix his mistake without charging us, so we wanted to go with a better source. I just want people to not have to spend extra money on their 2-year-old furnace like we had to because he did not do his job properly :)SAVE YOUR MONEY... GO LOCALLY ELSEWHERE! Not worth your time, money, or sanity.
