    lied about seeing insurance card & will not give money back or even try to run glasses through insurance.told my partner they texted me saying it was done, never got a text ....until just now . Nasty mean rude unethical people there every time i go.go to vision works- nice people and you wont get screwed over

    Avoid at all costs. They are very shady and do not listen to you when placing orders. They are lord interested to slapping on extra upgrades that you do not want. They slip policies and extra charges by you. They buy 5-Star reviews. And unlike every other Pearle and LensCrafters Ive ever been to, then refuse refunds after theyve screwed you over. When the order was placed, I saw they put an edge polish on there which causes glare and light prisms with my thick lens. I said that wouldnt work at the time. Three people stood there and lied to me that I needed the polish and that it wouldnt be clear, but in fact frosty. Sure enough, its clear as an ice cube. They try to rough up the edges and now the glasses have fine scratches around the edges on the front and back of the lens. Two day old pair of glasses looks abused already, when I went out of my way to avoid the problem and they ignored me. Extremely unsatisfied with this place.
