Kyle replaced a leaking bathroom faucet and turnoff valves. I appreciated his assessment of the situation and advice about potential updates in the lower level of my house. His help and pleasant demeanor is welcome the next time I need a plumber.

When my bathroom sink started leaking in the night, I knew I needed experienced help to solve my broken pipes. Kyle from TJK Plumbing came out and inspected everything, including some other problems I pointed out to him. The quote for the work and the way Kyle explained the cost were very clear and easy to understand. He was very respectful of my budget and communicated very well. Kyle and Dan worked on my three sinks, all with major issues, over the course of about 4 hours, and they were both delightful. Their workmanship was stellar, their customer service was beyond reproach, and I am very pleased with the result. I'll definitely be calling TJK Plumbing for all my additional plumbing needs in the future. I thought their pricing was very reasonable (cheaper than other plumbing services I've used), especially for the great quality of work and customer service I received.TJK Plumbing, Inc.

Tim P. came out today to investigate a sump pump issue for us. It turned out that the pump was dead. Tim was very informative and helped me make a good decision on a replacement for our basement’s needs. TJK has always been great when we’ve needed them. This ended up being a same day appointment, which was great, too!TJK Plumbing, Inc.

We had a leaky relief valve on our water heater and I called Friday night to schedule an appointment and they were out the next day at 930. We recently had Tim P. replace our aging sump pump (1993 install) and it was such a relief to finally have that done. It was a dirty job as he had to crawl on hands and knees into a crawl space to get to the sump pit to remove the old and install the new. Our new one is also battery operated in case of electricity going out, which we didn't have before. We have used TJK plumbing may times before and have always been pleased with their quality work and attentiveness to every detail. This time was no exception as Tim P. was not only on time, but early! He found a broken PVC pipe on the outside of the house that we were not even aware of. I would certainly recommend Tim P. and TJK plumbing to anyone. I wasn't sure we could find anyone to do this as it was a dirty job in a tiny space. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. Good job Tim P.!TJK Plumbing, Inc.

I used TJK plumbing for the second time because we were so happy with our first experience with them. We are so happy with the service they provided, the guidance they gave us, and the time they spent explaining options. The plumber, DJ, and his tech, Josh, were very good. Careful to remove shoes every time they went in and out of house to truck, cleaned up after every service area, and went above in efforts to help in new gas grill hookup. DJ was especially helpful. They will be my only go-to for all future plumbing issues/needs.TJK Plumbing, Inc.

Trent replaced my toilet that was the original in my house. He was very friendly and informative. He gave me an estimate and it was just what he stated - no surprises. I have used TJK before and had excellent service then. Trent got right to work and had my new toilet ready to go in a short amount of time. I have been a TJK Plumbing/Augie’s Drain Cleaning customer for years. It was such a relief to finally find a plumbing company that I could trust to consistently do good work. So I keep going back to them. Devin just came out to clean our basement floor drain. He was thorough and explained what he had done and why.
