      I have to tell you, I was very disappointed with my last visit to this store a couple weeks ago. I went in to see what kind of safety toes they have for woman. But I had also found a boot that I may be interested in that they can order. They guy that was there really didn't seem like he wanted to help me. When I asked questions, he was short. I asked if they had a catalog, which he said no. I asked if we could look online together, and he said no, he can't do that on their computer. And that I would have to do it on my phone. Another customer walked in, and he just left me. So I looked at my phone. I showed him what I found. He called the store (that was in Cal) and said they were closed already. Which would have been 1;45 their time. Then referred me to call the manager in the morning. Another customer walked in before we were done, and he was talking to them before we were even done. ******, I was in there for 10 minutes, and talked with him maybe 4 minutes of that time. The next day I called the manager, and tried to talked to him about the boots I wanted to order. He asked if I tried any shoes on, I said no. He then said, we will have to continue this convo another time, I have a customer, I will call you back. He never did. So very disappointing. I will not go back there. And will tell anyone that does, not to expect good service.

      We are in a very challenging time making us short staffed and it sounds like the customer may first have worked with our new employee, as the manager I apologize for not calling the customer back. We strive to take care of customers with the best of service, I am currently waiting for a customer to come in, 45 minutes after ********************** hours. We can look up shoes on our computer, but it is cumbersome, and it may be easier to do the search on a phone. I sincerely apologize for the experience this customer had, and we would do our best to provide the service they expect if they would give us another chance. Thank you for your feedback it is very beneficial to receive honest feedback in respect to a customer's experience.

      I have bought multiple boots from this store. Years back tried a new model, just released with the original BOA system. After a few weeks brought them back to the store with issues and they exchanged them for another boot. Staff is GREAT, fast and efficient. On my way to get a safety toe shoe next.
