A few years ago we watched a crew remove a huge tree from our neighbors lot. We were very impressed. June of 2022 we needed two trees removed from our adjoining lower lot so we contacted our neighbor and got their name, Matt Ohrt at Majestic Landcare. Again we were very impressed as the tress were huge and all the debris has to be brought up a steep bank. December 2022 we needed a giant oak trimmed and several small trees removed so we called Matt again. They did a beautiful job. Now it is time for spring clean. Our lower lot and the steep hill was covered with small trees and brush which needs to be cleared every few years. Not only did they clear out all the brush, removed some dead branches on a huge Basswood tree and removed a small tree trying to grow in our large oak. Everything had to be hauled up the hill. They did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them, and will continue to hire them again when needed.

Their Services performed were good but the Owner does not stand by his word. I do not continue working with someone or a Company that does not honor what they say. I cannot trust someone running a business that has someone in charge of it that works this way in Life or Business. So I would be careful dealing with this business.Majestic Landcare, LLC

Majestic Landcare had to cancel your services due to non-payment for the services already completed and rude comments.
We had to invoice you separately for this year's spring cleanup, and the prices were always listed on your contract. We did not deceive you or inflate the price. We understand that there *** have been a miscommunication over the phone, and we apologize for that. We made changes to our contract this year for our spring and fall clean-up prices, which were based on "time and materials." This was not meant to be a surprise, and we emailed you a contract where everything was clearly stated,
We apologize for any misunderstandings that *** have occurred this year because of the revised contract language. Our goal is to make our contract language as straightforward as possible. Reading the contract is essential, and we will stress this to all our customers going forward.
