    Save yourself the headache. The front office is great, until theres an issue. They become angry, stop taking your calls, put you on their no service list, hang up when you do call. We initiated a return of a pool part/accessory. They agreed to come out and remove the new part and give us back our old part, which they did not do. They replaced with a different part, I know this because they gave me the part/serial number a week prior so that I could work with the manufacturer directly regarding the warranty. The part they brought out could not be/was not reconnected. Weve yet to get the refund (approx. $2000).We had our pool installed by them in 2019, things were fine until they werent. They make things more complicated than they need to be by getting rude and unreachable. Complete nonsense.

    DO NOT do business with this company. They are in breach of ** statute 325E.64 by storing customers credit card information after a transaction has occurred, for months/years. In addition, they have engaged in unauthorized charges. With respect to both of these, they feel like they are doing nothing wrong and treat customers with little to no respect.************
