  Apollo’s employees were professional, efficient and courteous. Had a tankless water heater installed and a water softener. From my first call, to the installation, everyone I dealt with at Apollo was great!
  I have recommended Apollo to friends, family, and was initially recommended by a neighbor.

  I love that I can trust Apollo to take care of my regular home maintenance regarding my furnace and ac. They have always been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to having them handle my plumbing as well.

  I too, had not a happy experience with apollo. NO receipt for expensive services rendered. They automatically charging my credit card and the cheap faucet they replaced drips.

  Very disappointed in this company. My 5 yr old furnace motor was spitting oil and Tony said I needed a new motor, which was under warranty. I agreed and thought it was odd I had to pay up front but paid over $500. A week later, he installed the motor in 34 minutes. When asked for an invoice he said his office would send that over, which they didn't. So, I called the next day to ask for an itemized invoice or to better understand what I had paid for, since the part was free. The front desk person said the service mgr. would return my call. Which he didn't. So, I called again, and he finally returned my call. He was very rude, said that no one has an itemized invoice, and this is just how business works. I'm in business. For him to suggest they do not have separate line items for labor vs. parts is ridiculous. He continued to ask 'how can I make you happy' in a very condescending way. I told him to send me a bill to understand what I paid $500 for. He refused and hung up on me. Do not recommend.

  They told me they install U.S.made carrier and installed Chinese made. Two months later still don’t have an invoice. Seniors beware of this company.

  I had tang come out for a check up to see if all things were working properly, I had a $59.00 coupon, so I thought that was reasonable, white checking he told me that I needed $2600.00 worth of repairs and that it would be better just to replace it and that would run $6000.00 He said that my heat exchanger was cracked and my igniter switch was bad, and may other issues. I said I would get back to them. I had another company come out and he said that all was good and that my carbon rating was ***** I called the company back and asked for a refund, she said that a manager would get back to me, but that wasn't true, I am still waiting for a call, that was 3 weeks ago. So be aware.
