- Although most orders arrive unhurt, breakage can occur when awards are being delivered. Unpack all boxes upon receipt to inspect for damage. With every order we send along a few extra parts, make sure you look through all the packing material before discarding. Please contact us immediately regarding any breakage, and if you do not already have the necessary parts we will get replacement parts to you right away. We will pay for standard UPS ground shipment on replacement parts, if you are short on time and need parts rushed out you will be required to pay for the extra freight, (A good reason to order early). If for some reason there is a box with extensive damage, make sure that you keep that box, packing material, and all damaged parts, as we will be eligible for a refund from UPS. UPS will want to stop and pick up the damaged materials. If you do not keep the damaged boxes and items you may not be eligible for free replacement.
