      They charged my debit card, my automatic payment is set for my discover card. Because they charged my debit card my rent bounced. I never authorized my debit card to be used for automatic payments. I would like my debit card to be removed from there system, and use the discover card that I agreed to going forward.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

       

      I recently filled a complaint against marshal **** storage. She contacted me and resolved the problem. Please **** the complaint as closed/resolved.

      I discussed my intention to move out of the storage unit and said that I would be paying my past due bill in full. When I said I want to move out, they locked the door without warning. I now cannot move my belongings out preventing a new set of charges. I am asking them to remove the lock so that I can prevent an increase in charges and they are refusing. I can pay my bill at a later date. I have never missed a payment and am 22 days late. They had agreed that I had until June 1st to clean the unit to prevent more charges so I thought ********** much time but now they are saying "time is up and you will get more charges if we throw your belongings away and have to clean it".
