    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Made purchase on April 25, 2025. After several emails/phone calls my package was supposedly shipped on June 1st. They print their own shipping labels and provide a picture of parts and label with tracking number, however the item never makes it into the hands of the ****************** has zero proof, such as a receipt or manifest of items shipped when they entered into the hands of the **** system! When I search the tracking number a completely different sender and receiver are connected to that tracking number thru the **** system. On their website they make you check a box that says they will not file any claims with ****, no matter the problem! They claim I must make a claim with ****, however **** immediately denies the claim because the package with the tracking number they claim is assigned to my package, has already been successfully delivered! I have went back and forth with this company for months now and they claim no fault whatsoever. So Im out $104 and the parts my son needs to rebuild his first lawn tractor. The company is very rude and confrontational and basically says sorry about your luck! I read on their FB page that Im not the first ******** this has happened to! Yes its only $104, but its the principal of the matter that they make absolutely no attempts to make it right with the ********! They got their money and they do not care if you get anything in return!
