  This company called and said I had an outstanding bill for lab work.
  They are the most most cunning scam artist I have ever experienced. They had invoice numbers they gave me the name of the representative along with a phone number and an extension and reference the bill from October 20 22 that we didn’t pay.
  This is a scam !!!!!

We have attempted to locate an account that this review could possibly be in reference to and are unable to locate any such account using the supplied information.Our office does not do any medical debt collection as listed in this review.There are businesses in other states that use the same or similar business name that we do and we believe this review is meant for one of those businesses.   A typical bottom feeding zombie debt collector. They harassed my for six months looking for someone name "Lydia" even through I had my number for over 10 years, they simply would not stop till I sent a C&D letter the CEO's house (THIS IS KEY TO GETTING THE CALLS TO STOP WHEN THEY ARE CALLING). I too am very surprise this companyh is still around since they waste some much time chasing after the wrong people!

  They call incessantly 6-7 times a week. Their call center is off-shore in Jamaica. The representatives accents are difficult to understand, they are very curt, phishing for information but are not forthcoming at all. They refuse to give out any info regarding who the alleged creditor is, account information, etc. During a particularly contentious episode the representative said " Goodbye, white boy" and hung up. Highly unprofessional. I will be making a report to federal authorities. They have
  I'm not giving these scammers any personal info. I have spoken to a consumer attorney and am considering a class action lawsuit. They have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. This company should be put out of business as they are completely unethical.

Our representatives are trained to treat all individuals in a professional manner. We do not condone or tolerate rude or unprofessional behavior and we routinely conduct training on professional telephone techniques and treating everyone in a respectful and professional manner. Additionally, our office does not make any excessive phone calling attempts. In the event an individual notifies our office that a phone number is not a phone number for the party we are trying to reach or that the party we are trying to reach requests for the phone number to be removed, our office updates our files accordingly and does not place any additional calls to that number. Please provide us with additional details such as the name of the party we were trying to reach or a telephone number our office called so that we can attempt to locate and review any corresponding files and reply accordingly.

  This company calls my business repeatedly looking for an individual that is not here. They do not take NO for an answer. They are rude and aggressive and belligerent. They can take their harrassing tactics somewhere else, I have blocked their number(s).
