      Dungarvin is EMOTIONALLY AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE! Definitely DO NOT recommend to anybody going through mental illness , or physical illness, or ANY illness. My complaints to the "higher **** in dungarvin are never fully addressed , and staff never get in trouble or get talked to. It's ridiculous. They leave knives out , they swear and yell at clients (me), and they are always sitting on their phones CONSTANTLY. Also, they HAVE broken HIPPA VIOLATIONS! -but STILL do not get into trouble ....very weird to me. They can and will get away with anything and EVERYTHING , because staff cover for each other. They have LACED my medications before also. The staff here are Definitely NOT responsibly trained and do NOT CARE for their clients at all!!!

      My brother has been at Dungarvin for over a year, he requested and was moved to GAINSCOTT LANE. ** is a mental handicap man, he has a brain of a 5year old very impressionable. ** has been assaulted by CW by a highly functioning client in front of staff, CW not only went Into JK Room and stole and sold his Xbox, the staff took him to sell it. ** was criminally charged by a female staff of harassment. Omg, HARRASSMENT. He yelled at her. After 2 court appointments( which Dungarvin never informed the family of the summons) she dropped the charger. SMH she still is employed by Dungarvin. ** just returning from his 14day VACATION. This my 1st time in his room, the room was full of dust, his item from his last VACATION was piled in a corner. It took me and my two siblings two hours to go through & straighten up the room including putting sheets on the be. I dont understand why he only has one set of sheets that has to be washed so we were not able to make up the bed. Speaking of beds. ** just purchased a new bed out of his money. They got a frame and a boxspring, JK is 287 pds.For the mattress they had a 1 inch thick foam mattress. When lifting up the foam mattress we noticed that the boxspring had cracked from the weight and wood was pushing through the foam mattress. ** has been complaining about his back hurting now I see why. pictures are attached. ** has been complaining about his toes hurting, I ask staff to look at his toes and cut his toe. Pictures are attached. My brother tried to talk to the house manager ******, We wanted to know why ** was sent out of town with no ID, no underwears, and winter clothing. He stated I dont know, Im just doing my job, I do paperwork and delegate what staff should be doing. Obviously there is no checks and balance. He continue with I dont want to answer any more questions. got. ********* is being paid to house these clients and their basic needs Im not being attended to..
