    I was charge a deposit of $450.00 for a cabin on my Discover card on June 6th and when I had to Cancel on June 21st for a reservation on the 26th I was told by ********* that she would rather send me a refund by check than credit my Discover card. I did not receive a check in the mail and contacted her by phone on June 28th she said she was at a baseball game and didn't know if she ever dealt with Discover card before. I reminded her that she had Charged my Discover card for a deposit and she then stated she would check to see if she still had my information on file. She would then credit my Discover card and I was to send the check back to her once I received it. I have not received a check and have not yet got a credit on my Discover card as of July 1st.

     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did receive my refund back to my Discover Card.
