      Circle six provided an appraisal to my lender that was maninflated, false and clearly to decive me and obtain the purchase price for lender. Here is how. -Use of an address that is not associated with the land. (There is no address)-Supplies a beacon county map of a property other than mine labeled as subject property. With a massive arrow added on top of the parcel ID -Provides a photo of Rear of subject property, although it the front, the rear is only accessible by trecking through thick ***** and roughage. -The location map addendum again is provided, although it is of a different location: easy to identify because she even provided a picture. (Clearly not mine}-Omits the fact there is a highway easement that extends 60 ft. through my property. But makes the statement the to the best of my knowledge it is marketable title.-Flood map addendum is a property next to mine on the highland. Dont quote me but i believe is owned by **********. My property is a lowland swamp primaly for bird hunting or camping. Again Circle six provid a picture. -The comps are for residential propertys although my PA is for bare land.Needless to say I would consider this extremly ************ fax, no website!
