    The city of ***** has forced us to use this company so we do not have another choice. They have failed to pick up our trash bin twice in the last 60 days. We have 3 young children in our home and they are all in diapers so we have a need to have our yeah removed. Today they failed to pick it up again and when we contacted them to inquire as to why they didn't. We were told the driver made their route and our bill is paid so it should have been picked up. It wasn't removed and now we are beginning to have our trash pile up due to them not providing services that they admit we have paid for. This is unacceptable and will lead to public health concerns due to the human waste in our trash that is collecting that they will not pick up.

    Good afternoon,

    I have looked up this account and we do not have an **** ******* on the account.  There is 2 other names but not his, the customers name on the account are the people we can talk to in reference to the account.  When we went by the property at roughly 2 pm the trash cart was not out.  Not sure who this person filing the complaint.

     

    We apologize and will be back by this residence tomorrow morning to pick up the trash.
