    At the recommendation of my condominium association, I used EnviroBate's services to do a mold encapsulation. It wound up being ineffective and more mold was discovered after the fact. I had two different mold inspectors come in to inspect my unit and both of them noted issues with the encapsulation. One inspector in particular noted issues with poor/ineffective installation, product did not match original quote, mold still present and due to poor installation the warranty was not rendered useless. I called EnviroBate several times to see about getting a refund based on the findings of the two professional mold inspectors, but I was given the run around and I was not always treated as nicely. Neither was another family member when they called to inquire about the issue. Despite sending over the copies of the reports indicating poor quality, they did not refund my money and the tried to place blame on several other factors/people. I get very sick due to mold mycotoxins, so I would not recommend that anyone with mold sensitivity use the service. In general, their treatment of myself and my family is also another reason to maybe avoid using this business.
