      In 2022 I contracted with ACS to install a concrete apron to my garage. After several unresponsive phone calls, the job finally got done in September. In the process, ACS damaged the asphalt portion of my driveway. They promised to cold patch a minor part of the damage. After several calls and promises, this was done in November. They then stated they would repair the major damage - only if I agreed to give them more business. I complained that they should stand behind their work without conditions. They finally agreed and promised to fix the damage in 2023. To date I have not received a schedule for the repair. I keep getting told that a schedule is forthcoming, but it never happens.
