    I was scheduled for and appointment for body work on my vehicle on 4/25. I drove all the way there and was turned away because all staff was out sick. I finally dropped my car off 4/26 and was told minimum 6 business days of work.For the next 4 weeks I was told a multitude of updates and on Friday 5/19 I was told that they were still waiting on the car to come back from realignment at Parents automotive. I checked my maps since I have my parked cars location, and it was still sitting in their parking lot. I called back the same day to note this and it surprised them since they thought it wasnt there and it appeared that it was scheduled to go for realignment on Monday 5/15 with another car and it never did. I called back for an update on Monday 5/22 and talk to the owner who shared they were still waiting on parts before it could go out for realignment which tells me the parts were never ordered.Thursday 5/25 I get a call that the wrong wheel came in. There were two possible wheel choices for my vehicle and they had check the incorrect option and are reordering another wheel. This wheel needs to come in and go on before it can go out for realignment next week.I am going on 6 weeks without my vehicle and know I have been given dishonest updates and been lied to about its location. I do not have rental coverage and for the first 4 weeks of this ordeal have had to Uber to work (costing me hundreds of dollars). I would like my vehicle back and any compensation or discount for these services since they have cost me an incredible amount of time, money, and stress.
