    They were OK when we first had them do our project, but after the initial couple years, we had water streaming from the above floor from the shower base. Took a while to initially hear back and they sent someone to caulk the shower edge again, the next couple of months water still streaming from the above floor to main level. Took about a month to hear back, and was told they didn't even do bathrooms anymore, that was a lie, and finally sent a guy to cut the ceiling, then confirm it was due to the design that water runs to the edge down into the wall. that would have been nice to know initially and have been told we still owed $250 dollars. need to provide this testament because final handling was not well done on our behalf, and they could have just reached sooner and said we would be charged, or they were busy. We can't assume the plumbing wasn't the problem so far. 3 stars because they were hard to contact during the project and after work handling was poor.
