I spoke to a property management employee on November 30th in regards to my newly assigned unit since they are opting to move people to complete work on the fire suppression in the apartments. I told the representative that I physically received the letter on November 29th and I was past the November 25th date to file an objection. We talked about what unit I am in and the one they assigned me was not comparable as the size was significantly smaller and the price would be way more than anyone else would be paying, She agreed and even said that she "would be ****** if I was assigned that unit" she also told me she could not find anything stating I was sent anything in the system and that letter was sent in error. She put me on hold to speak with her boss who I assume is the property manager. When she came back she informed that I should have received a termination letter. We agreed upon termination of my lease and that I should be receiving a letter by 12/08/23. I got an email on 12/06/23 telling me to sign an agreement for my new lease I figured I would wait 12/08/23 since I should be getting a termination letter. I call today since I did not get it and I am being told that since I did not fill out an objection form I will be moved. I said I understand but that was not the agreement that was made on 11/30/2023. I just want the agreement that was made between myself and that Doran represented to be honored.
