    In June 2023, I signed up to take an online course and test for serve safe, when i was getting ready to complete the course and take the test the website completely shut down and I wasn't able to reach anyone within the company nor did I receive a refund.

    On August 18, 2022, we purchased a private, ************* class and examination for $3,400.00 through the National Food Safety Training Institute. The instructor never showed up to our facility, and we have been trying for months to get our money back. I have called and emailed multiple times and haven't received one response.

    I signed myself and a co-worker up for course work. Mine was to be done on-line. I was told that I would get a workbook sent to me. I paid the $78.00, took the course without the work book and got my certificate. I haven't received the book at this point yet.I also signed up a co-worker for an in person course of which she hasn't received her work book either. The course was $180.00 We both have tried to contact the telephone number on the website and the booking invoice and no one has returned any of our telephone calls, emails, or messaging on the website.I need help to either get the money back or to get our materials sent to us. I'm worried that the class my coworker is supposed to attend will be not held when and where it's supposed to.

    I paid for 3 classes and they were all canceled September 24 2022 I paid 180 for class got there and it was canceled I left messages emailed and even went to office and there is no one to talk to I paid for 2 more classes for October 3 2022 and waited 45 min just for it to be canceled again with warning I'm now out of $540 and no one has contacted me Back about my classes or the money that I have paid out when I called the last hotel that they were supposed to have a class at they said that class was also careful due to the owner dying I don't think this is legal for them to continue to send classes take money when they know the classes will not be held something needs to be done I am a new business owner and I don't have money to throw around and waste on people that are stealing I now have to spend more money on classes that I have already paid for My food management book never even came

    Signed up for a food safety class. No instructor showed up. Never received a call back or response to email. This was a very disappointing experience
