      I choose not to leave a star. They do not deserve 1 in the least. DO NOT USE this company! If you are looking to save a buck, think twice because the quality and customer service is the most disgusting way to waste your money. My home was trashed! The machine leaked putrid water all over my floors, I had to use my own towels to sop up the black grime coming from the machine. My carpets and furniture stunk and were wet for 3 days. No shoe covers were used, no plastic to protect my home, it was a train wreck that shouldve never been allowed to continue. My hardwood floors were stained from product overspray, Ive never seen anything like it! When I immediately called after service to speak with a manager, my call and messages were neglected. It took them 5 months to reach back out to me, not to rectify or refund my service but to offer a coupon for my next service! I spent an entire day waiting around for someone to show up and write an incident report and they did a no show. I finally heard from a tech at 2 pm and still no report was filed. This company is not legit, not accredited, not even sure if licensed, incredibly rude, unprofessional and yet still cant refund my $200!!!! Whats it going to take, a filed court report, more bad reviews, should I pursue other damages that occurred? What a joke! Save your money! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ENTER YOUR HOME UNLESS YOURE READY TO WITNESS A DUMPSTER FIRE!

      I found we clean carpet online I called the number and scheduled service for cleaning of my couch. She told me that she would give me the same price for my sectional as the special they had for 1 couch and 1 chair which was $69.70 I inquired about a specific area on my sofa and she stated that the cost for in extensive cleaning of that are would start at $20. The tech came out and told me that my price would be $198 and I kept telling him that that wasn't what was quoted to me over the phone. He then set his tablet down and went to go walk in my bedroom motioning me to come with him. I then again started talking about the price. I paid it and called the manager after and he tried to tell me the same thing but told me that he would refund some of my money and have them come back out to reclean because their chemicals left huge staining on my sofa. They gave me a date and time and no one showed up then scheduled again and no show and now won't return or answer my calls. I had to purchase another cushion and would like my money back from that company and be reimbursed for the cost of the new cushion from their damages. The service was horrible and how I was treated as a customer was very disrespectful and I'm out of my money and had to buy a new cushion for my couch. They lie to you immediately when you call giving you pricing and then the cleaner comes and tells you you have to pay for his drive time as well so that's why it's so much more than what's quoted. This company needs to be shut down because they scam you out of your money. DO NOT EVER USE WE CLEAN CARPET.

      I had a terrible experience with this company! Poor business practices in a loss to lead on false advertisement! Claims that theyll clean your carpets three rooms in a hall for $89! When the technician arrived at my house to clean the carpets he reiterated Im just going to spray an enzyme and do a rinse! Thats the basic wash $300 if you need a deep clean and try to pro me in that direction. I tried to cancel and then he slams and $89 cancellation fee that I would have to pay if I didnt cancel within 24 hours. Placing me in a bad position, so I went ahead and said do the basic wash which he did not! I tried to resolve this with the service manager, **** and ask him to email me the audio and video that is recorded on the technicians iPad and and ****, the service manager said no were all good here youre happy. Believe me I am not happy. The right thing to do wouldve refunded half the money and meet me in the middle since only half the work was done! When I ask again and told him I wasnt happy. He hung up on me! Do not wish your time or money doing business with this company, they are the worst!

      I had a terrible experience with this company. They came on 4/27/24 to clean my carpet, used my water. The technician was unable to lift his equipment, resulting in damage to my *********. When I contacted their service manager on 4/29/24, he instructed me to send a repair invoice, which I sent. However, the response I received was disheartening: "Unfortunately, were not responsible for this damage." My advice: steer clear of these guys!

      Absolute scam. Was quoted $129 for 3 bedrooms, an **************** told me $599 when he got to the house. Said in order to get the stains out (which were not awful), the min it would take was deep cleaning and it would be $379. Also had to connect his equipment in the house (not in his truck like Chemdry or Zerorez)--took him 45 min to get set up between trying our kitchen & then bathroom in order to get everything ready.Refused to take AMEX (which should have been a clue) and then wouldn't give a detailed bill. ****** came thru at $420 and NONE of the stains were out. Left repeated messages for the service manager and they never call back--they just text you telling you to call them....should have kicked him out and called someone else. DO NOT USE THEM--

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT. I never write reviews but this needs addressed. They deserve zero stars.Manager/Owner was absolutely rude and used unprofessional language. They refused to stand by their products and the job was not completed. DO NOT USE THEM!! They are glad to take your money but not to give you the service they advertise!! Absolutely AWFUL!! My couch cushions still smell. The machine they used had strong dog f**** odor as the tech even confirmed. $129 was what I paid on a quote of $69. It was like handing over money to be treated like garbage and no actual service.

The staff member that responded to your voicemail should never have spoken to you so rudely. No excuses. We apologize. Our Service Manager **** was out of the office and the calls were being handled by a retired team member who in all honesty is no longer equipped with the faculties to handle any type of customer service. We appreciate your comments as they have helped us to see that we must exclude him from talking to customers. In regard to your dissatisfaction with the service it does appear that Service Manager **** did set up a time for the technician to return on 10/26 and it does appear from GPS records that he did come back. We certainly hope that he was able to address the portions of the service that you wanted improved upon. Please inform if you are now satisfied with the results and if not let us know what we can do to make that happen.       Called them to clean. Job was poorly done. Used my water without permission. Used my electricity without permission. When I complained Supervisor was so insensitive and disrespectful. I felt violated and will never use them again.

      As agreed in the Terms and Conditions of Service "WE CLEAN CARPET guarantees to clean your carpet, upholstery and/or other articles using reasonable care and industry standards to obtain satisfactory results. Condition of the article(s) being cleaned can LIMIT ** in obtaining the best results. These conditions include: manufacturers defects, articles made with non-colorfast dyes,permanent stains, excessive wear, substandard installation, improper care, and prior use of over the counter home cleaning products. The customer understands that attempts to remove some types of stains may produce an adverse effect and authorizes WE CLEAN CARPET to proceed. IMPORTANT: Our guarantee is limited to 24 hours AFTER the cleaning has taken place. If you have any questions, comments or concerns about your service please call our Service Manager at ************ within this time. Guarantee is void if customer declines to allow ******************** the opportunity to attempt to rectify any dissatisfaction." Therefore if the customer feels that any portion of the *********************** was done unsatisfactorily all that is needed is a call as indicated above and we will return to look at and correct it. Regarding the use of water and electricity it is necessary to complete the service. It is industry standard, even truck mounted units hook up to outside water and tools requiring power must be plugged in. We do not understand how the use of water to complete cleaning service would cause a customer to feel violated. House ********************** would use your water to mop the floor or clean the shower. ** addition, a plumber or any other professional service would use electricity for tools. The cost of the amount of water and electricity used to complete the service is less than 50 cents. The customer's preconceived notion that the equipment would run on ***************** and that carpet cleaners carry gallons of water around in their trucks is what caused the misunderstanding. The call to the supervisor was recorded for quality assurance and the Service Manager was more than kind to the customer. The customer was interrupting demanding that if his water bill came and was out of line that we would agree to pay for it. The service was completed using industry standard methods and products. We will honor our Terms and Conditions of Service if he calls for a redo of any portion of the cleaning, however his issue with the use of water and electricity is based on his own assumptions and is really a nonissue and we cannot do anything about that.

      Both the operative and his supervisor were discourteous and put business above customers interest. My experience of them was distasteful and unprofessional. I will never patronize them again and will never recommend anyone to them.

      Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. When I made the appointment I was informed that I was able to pay with credit or debit card. Not at any point on their website or over the phone was Amex excluded. The technician gets here and informs me they dont take Amex. I told them fine Ill pass. I tried speaking with the service manager and he continued to cut me off and refused to let me finish my statement when I calmly asked why Amex werent useable when I was asked debit or credit. The guy was insistent on only accepting debit or credit' while amex is credit? After a solid 20 minutes of the technician tying to get them to take my Amex they finally agreed if I gave them a photo of my drivers license and debit card. Which, in hindsight is inappropriate. Matching names, would be one thing. The service manager was also very very rude to the technician. The service manager also told technician that he looked me up which is weird considering he didnt elaborate further nor did I consent to it.Now on to the treatment, I was told it may take over 24 hours for my floors to dry. Theyre absolutely soaked to the point I think it may take 3 days to fully dry which is just gross. Upon completion of the job there was pet hair left on my sick and then the rest dumped in the snow, see attached, which is just disgusting. I can think of about 10 other locations that the debris could have gone that didnt include either of those locations.They quote $150 ($20 a room + their dispatching fee) but refused to quote based off of my explanation that there was pet stains and urine in the carpet. My final total was $1080, I understand treating soiled carpets is costly and time consuming. When you quote an initial so low and a customer is trying to get an accurate quote maybe taking the time to find out the scope of the job, or listening when the customer is explaining the scope, would be helpful. Additionally, I was charged 2 dispatch fees.

      I spoke with *************************** directly and did go over the things she found to be unsatisfactory. We refunded a portion of the cost and redid the areas of concern. She assured us she was satisfied. Please reach out to her to have her remove or update her review.

      Easy scheduling. ****** (service tech) was on time and called ahead as promised. He wore a mask as requested, was thorough and efficient. He did an excellent job. The carpets look great! They are soft and they dont smell at all. An exponentially better experience than a previous quick dry chemical carpet cleaner that left our carpets dirtier than they were beforehand. I will be using them again.
