    I ordered on June *********************************************************** transit and I have tried to contact this company twice by email. Once by text and once by ******** and they still are not acknowledging that there is a problem. Something clearly is wrong as to why I have not received my product and they shipped on 17th so it has been 14 days since shipping and still nothing.

    I host a local ** podcast, and partnered with Simply Crafted via their affiliate program. After directing no less than $1200 in sales towards their website via direct referral link, the company disabled their affiliate program, and has not responded to requests for how to re-engage with the process (including continued sales and payout of existing sales) Have spoke with ****** multiple times without a response from the ownership responsible to resolve this issue and find myself running out of options aside from public appeal to respond in a timely manner. While interactions have been courteous and professional, the decision makers that flat out refuse to respond to customer requests is not line with the value purported via the proud branding of the BBB logo emblazoned on their website. I would request that Simply Crafted work to honor the agreement that entered into in good faith and hold up their end of the deal.

    Hello, I have two transactions that i purchased at Simply crafted and never received. The first tracking number is: ******************* I ordered this package last week and this week I got an email saying that is has been delivered. I checked in my mailbox and there was nothing there. This is the second time that i ordered from this company and my packages are no where to be found. The second tracking number is: ******************* I have purchased items and i have never received them. The same thing from the first tracking number. I also have proof of purchase for both. I spent money on this and its very frustrating.I won't be giving this company my hard earned money any longer. I reached out to this company before and no one has ever gotten back to me. I would like my packages more than anything if that could be done. I also would like to have those packages sent to another address. THE NEW ADDRESS TO SEND TO IS: 89 74 210 place with name: ****** on it. Thank you. Thank you! I hope that this will help the next person that ends up experiencing this. Happy Holidays! Every time i check for the package it says that it has been delivered but I have not seen my packages for months.

    Im very sorry that youre having trouble receiving your packages. Unfortunately, when the tracking info confirms delivery was made, we can not refund or resend an order. I would recommend filing a stolen package claim with **** and following up with your building manager if you are not in a single-family home. We are more than happy to assist with the claim once it has been filed

    On July 19th I ordered 2 vape pens from simply crafted. Got an email in 7/23/22 that it arrived. Never recieved the product and they want me to track it down threw **** I just want a refund. Dont want the product thank you

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but this package shows it was delivered via **** which unfortunately is a matter that does have to be taken up with *** now. Were happy to assist with *** once a missing package claim has been filled with ***

     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.    I did receive the pkg went to my neighbors house not happy it was days late
