Rust is a neutral third-party administrator and was engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of this settlement and to answer eligible clients questions.

      The complainants request to reissue the check from a Qualified to a Non-Qualified account required additional review by the Tax Administrator for the settlement in order to properly report the reissued payment to the **** which extended the time required to fulfill the request.Her payment is currently scheduled to mail by the end of this month. If she has not received it by mid-May, she should contact us at ************** or ************************.

      I am waiting to receive a check for a settlement with ***** Fargo from Rust. I have been waiting since December 2022, I keep getting told they have mailed the check to the wrong address, or it must have been lost in the mail. Each time I am being asked to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a reissue and they refuse to send it Trackable mail. All I am looking for is my check to be sent to me so I can forget I ever knew the name of this consulting company.

      Rust Consulting is in receipt of complaint #********,which relates to a settlement between ***** Fargo and the U.S. ********** of ***** regarding certain Employee Stock Ownership Plan transactions that were used to fund certain Company contributions to the ***** Fargo & Company 401(k) Plan. Rust specializes in the administration of class action settlements and similar programs involving notification, contact centers, claims processing, and fund distribution. Rust is a neutral third-party administrator and was engaged to carry out certain administrative aspects of the settlement as established by the parties and to answer class members questions.

      For efficiency, checks are reissued in batches, in this case approximately every 4-6 weeks. The complainants requested check will be included in the next batch of reissues, which we expect to mail on March 23.

      Rust distributes payments to tens of millions of people per year, and while the scale of our work typically makes it impractical to mail payments via trackable service, we are willing to make an exception in this case and will provide the complainant with ***** tracking information directly once the check mails.

      My complaint in on my Waterpump Settlement. I submitted my claim l, ****, in June 2022. The case was settled 10/11/22 and I was supposed to receive my settlement pay within 100 days from the case settlement date. I was not received my settlement pay. All the information requested for my claim was on in the cash invoice I submitted for the claim. I would like for Rust Consulting to finish their job and deliver my settlement payment.

      We confirm receipt of the complainants claim. The 100-day timeframe she is referring to applies to payments being issued to class members with approved claims. We will be in touch with her about her claim status and the next steps within the next few months.

       I am rejecting this response because it past the 100 days specified in the settlement and they are not making attempts to deliver my settlement. I, already, told that I was approved for the claim and my settlement pay would be mailed out at the end of January. When contacted on 01/07/2023.

      Received a settlement check dated December 2, 2022 with Control Number CNR-M-***** in the amount of $35.33 which I deposited. The check was returned and my account was charged. My bank said the check was issued from a closed account ***************************

      The checks that were originally sent to class members did unfortunately contain an error and have had to be voided. Replacements mailed on Dec. 28, 2022,including the complainants replacement which mailed to the same address as the original check.

      Rust will reimburse class members for any related fees upon request with no documentation required. To request a reimbursement of fees incurred due to the issue with the original check, the complainant should contact Rust at ************** between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Central) Monday through Friday, or email us at ****************************.

      In March of 2021, a lawsuit for Sweet versus ******* was settled. I was supposed to receive a check of $623.49 which was supposed to be mailed to my address. However, I never received the check and during the pandemic the *** mail was not being received. I would like the company to investigate on who cashed the check. The check was in my married name of *****************************, I am divorced and went back to my maiden name of ***********************. I would like to have checked reissued upon investigation.       I was advised that I would receive a settlement from Navient. I made sure my information was correct. However, I never received a payment. I contacted **** and was told a check was mailed in July. However I never received it. I contacted **** again in September and was told the check was mailed to a old address. And that it was resent to the correct address. I still have yet to receive it. And I can't get a straight answer. I've reached out via email and phone.

      I received a letter in the mail stating that I could be apart of the Gelis vs. *** class action lawsuit. After several updates and submitting all my documents in a timely manner, I was informed by email on August 1, 2022 that my claim has been preliminary approved for reimbursement. Exactly when will payments be issued? The email also stated that they will be finalizing reimbursement amounts within 45 days. It has been well over 45 days. I saw online where some people for received their reimbursements. What exactly is the delay at this point? Their responses also seem to be very generic which is also concerning.

      During April 2022 I received a postcard from Rust Consulting, Inc. informing me I would be receiving a $260.00 restitution check from the Navient Settlement (Attorneys General vs. Navient). I have not received this check, to-date.

Our records indicate the payment was made via Zelle at the complainants request, but was not completed successfully.
