    Anderson Total EyeCare is managed by and employs the rudest and least professional eyecare associates Ive come across. I had a contact lens renewal appointment through them, as a first time patient. I arrived 3 minutes late to the appointment, and was immediately met with hostility and unprofessionalism, and was notified my appointment would have to be cancelled. When I offered to reschedule, I was told they would be charging me $50 for the inconvenience on their side (which, they are still yet to charge me, obviously, as that would be extremely illegal). I see now they actually advertise this on their website as a means of threatening patients into being fearful of ever needing to reschedule an appointment last minute. This is obviously an incredibly abnormal and aggressive policy for an eyecare facility to take, and I think it clearly exhibits their priorities and views on their patients, rather than prioritizing quality eyecare, theyd prefer to intimidate and squeeze as much money as possible out of their patients.During this interaction, despite my efforts to calm the receptionist down, she continued to escalate the matter to the point of screaming and cursing at me. I was absolutely shocked that someone trusted to provide healthcare could behave and handle themselves in such a childish and irrational manner.I notified **** Anderson of the experience and, rather than apologizing for a traumatic experience delivered by his staff, and focus on providing better healthcare, decided to berate me via email on the reasons I should feel bad for arriving 3 minutes late. Ive since been continually harassed and threatened by their team over phone and email. A quick glance at their other reviews confirms their practice has a recurring problem with behaving themselves around patients. Thankfully I didnt trust them to look after my eyes.
