November 2024: $6,100 Worst experience weve ever had with a company/contractor. ****** came to install our closets and I was Shocked by his lack of experience and unprofessionalism. He immediately asked to use my bathroom upon arrival which was just rude and inappropriate. He put all of his tools on our entryway rug leaving behind debris and garbage. He stained our closet carpet with his air compressor. He claimed he didnt have a vacuum so left the mess for us to clean up. He left GIANT holes in our wall from carelessly ripping out our old shelves. He did not remove the shelving anchor Correctly so it not only left a hole but took huge slabs of dry wall out. Close to 10 of them as big as a hand and 50+ smaller ones. ***** the supervisor came out the next week to address these issues. He admitted this job was terrible and that the damage that had been done wasnt necessary. He stated it looks like the guy put his foot on your wall and just yanked the wire shelves out. ***** said hed attempt to fix the damage that was done, which he only partially did. He had to cut pieces of drywall to fit into our wall to fix it. Leaving the rest of the work for us. He brought a vacuum cleaner for our carpet, that initially he thought worked, but upon checking after he left, it was very much still there. ***** made extremely inappropriate and unprofessional comments while at my home such as I shouldnt even be here doing this, but I am.. Im probably going to get fired, but whatever, I dont need to work, my girlfriend just wants me to. The office is going to be mad at me for staying this long. He continued to ask us for tools and materials to get stuff done. He asked what else can I do for you guys? Clean your windows or vacuum your whole house? If you still have a problem, call corporate. I was absolutely appalled at the behavior of these two men in our home. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and Im completely devastated I paid for this.

We provided our cabinet pull measurements to closets by design with plenty of time to spare as they requested, but they still drilled the holes incorrectly. They promised to come back with the correct sized pulls and that was over 5 weeks ago. Since then, they dont return my calls as they say they will or follow through on their words. We just want them to finish the job we paid them for as they promised they would. Very disappointed with their service - I dont know many companies who wont fix an error they make and then avoid their customers after taking their money.
