      Hello, I am writing to get help with getting warranty service for a set of Honeywell 48" LED Dual Filament Vintage String Lights. The set of string lights was purchased at ********** on Nov 2022. 5 of the bulbs had gotten water inside and no longer functional. I had called Honeywell on July 25th to get replacement bulbs. The reference number is ******. It has been more than 2 months and I still have not gotten the bulbs. I had asked for update by calling the number ************ to get status of the replacement bulbs. Both times I was told that the system was down and that there is no status on the replacement. If no replacement bulbs are available I would like to get an replacement of the entire string light since it appears that more of the bulbs will get water inside in the future. Thank you for your help with this matter.

      Honeywell warranty claims 5 yrs and have been waiting 7 mths for them to honor..LED lights broke and they keep saying on back order although exact same lights available online and instores. Every few wks. They state still on backorder and no eta. Warranty is a scam as appears they never had any intention of honoring it.
