    Starting in Sept 2023, I starting the process of getting a refund for a product I had purchased from a lady in ****** that was supposedly lost in transit. I was asked to pay all sorts of tariffs, port fees and other fees for delivery, inspections, certificates, etc. I was told these were all refundable upon the delivery. The product I purchased was close to $3,000. After months of getting the run around, I was told the package was lost. I now had to file for a refund with the shipper, MN Global Logistics. This refund of mine ended up being over $23,000 after all of the fees I was charged. I was told if I didn't pay them, I would not only not get my package, I would not get any sort of refund of those fees. Forwarding to April of 2025, I have been charged another $31,000 in all sorts of fees to get the refund. The refund check i have been waiting for is about $54,000. I was told it was sent to me, lost somehow, sent again after repaying hundreds in fees and then sorry, it wasn't sent, but will be withing a day or two. I have been asking for tracking of this check and am now being ghosted by everyone from invoicing, to payments, up to the CEO, ********* ******. No One will respond to my pleas for help in getting this refund check. i do not know what else to do. I have about 1000 emails of correspondence of proof of all conversations of all those involved. I just cannot upload them due to size. I can email them separately though, if needed.
