5 starsI have been working with LUMA for the past few months, and all their matchmakers are professional, personable, fun and very well-versed in their craft. I just had a first date match with a client that Gina M. identified for me; Gina took the extra time, looking beyond the simple overlap of qualities, preferences and interests, to see the potential chemistry that could be ... if given the chance. I signed up with LUMA because I was promised curated dates, but it was nothing like that. At the beginning they show portions of their database in my area, but I think they were models or employees for the company.
I paid a huge amount of money for this service which did not meet my expectations.
I went with an open mind and accepted all the matches I was matched with; however, one can tell that most of the women were not on the same page and looking for the same thing. One date informed me; she was just in a database and got called for dates with no detailed info of the suitor.
A couple of the matches that I was sent were out of my area and would not be viable for a true connection.
I don't feel I was matched properly with some of my matches, or much care was given to match properly as long they provided you with a date.

The entire process has been so smooth and professional. I initially connected with LUMA over a year ago but decided not to move forward with their services at the time. However, they retained my profile information from the intake process. Recently, Cecilia from LUMA reached out, thinking I might be a good match for one of their clients.
Cecilia was great at guiding me through the process, even as we had to reschedule a few times due to calendar conflicts. The idea of going on a blind date with minimal information about the other person was new to me, but I went in with an open mind.
I ended up having a wonderful evening with an amazing match—we talked for four hours and closed down the restaurant. Although we didn’t quite feel the spark to meet again, it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. I’m glad I gave it a try and hopeful for better luck next time.LUMA Luxury Matchmaking
