      Im gonna make this quick, but basically, they charged my fiances mom after insurance fully covered a crown. She tried calling, they transferred her to billing, the woman at billing got frustrated with her and said to call back in a week. She did so, but of course, they didnt answer the first, who knows how many times. When they finally did answer, the woman asked why she keeps calling and scolded her about how she doesnt know whats going on with the payment. She finally got an email and 2 months later it was figured out. I also have tried to get in, as I need an appointment desperately. They literally do not answer the phone. Ever. They never call back. Same thing with my fiance.

      If I could give this place a zero I would! All of the offices are terrible! I, myself, have a open and ************ suit against them for a major HIPPA violation. All of the staff is so unprofessional! The most unprofessional of them all is the front office and the management they have. They talk to much and to outside sources about patients. Have to remember you never know who people know and you cannot talk about peoples protected health information. This is a serious violation and will have serious consequences.
