      This is a quid pro quo scam. I was court ordered to use this at the cost of $150 per year. My ex also has to pay this. That's $300 per divorced couple owed to this company, annually by court order. At a divorce rate of 1.3 per ***** people in ********, that is roughly ****** people in 2024 or close to 2.4 million dollars in profit, per year, by court order in the state of ******** alone. This is a criminal scam, developers are not paid that much, but I suspect some friendliness going around with all that money and the judicial system making it mandatory. I am reporting this company to my Senators and Congressmen for possible exploitation, including collecting personally identifiable information and selling it to third parties for additional profits. DIsgusting.

      While this app and website can be helpful for co-parenting, the customer service when you have issues is awful. They claim they will respond to all messages within 24 hours when in actuality it ends up being days before someone responds, if they respond at all. I've had to submit multiple questions and complaints with service, particularly involving they're payment feature, before I receive an answer. And sometimes these responses are redundant to what I've already been told, so I need to repeat my question, and wait another ***** hours for a response. Which makes me look bad because my payments to my co-parent end up late.
